HR officer

As an individual responsible for providing data insights and clarity on people needs for Global Corporate Functions, you will be expected to manage and maintain accurate people data in the myHR system. This includes identifying errors, conducting root cause analysis, process mapping, and collaborating with HR Shared Services to implement automated solutions. Your role will involve generating statutory letters and contracts for colleagues, managing internal people moves, updating templates, and exploring more efficient ways of working. You will be required to engage with diverse stakeholder groups to address myHR and data errors effectively, ensuring optimal resolutions are achieved. Regular communication with hiring managers to provide updates, build relationships, and offer coaching support for self-service functionalities will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation of HR Initiatives aimed at enhancing organizational effectiveness. In this role, you will have specific accountability for various elements of key HR projects, ensuring timely completion and delivery. Moreover, you will extend your support to the rewards team by assisting in employee benefit-related activities, data collection, and analysis. The ideal candidate for this position should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in HR operations, with a strong background in hr policy formation and hands-on experience in core HR functions.
