HR Manager(Hospital)

As an HR Manager with Quality experience in the healthcare industry, your primary responsibility will be to oversee all HR operations, ensuring alignment with hospital quality standards such as NABH. You will play a critical role in enhancing workforce efficiency and service excellence in the hospital by bridging human resource strategy with quality management. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement HR policies that are in line with hospital standards and regulatory requirements. - Collaborate with department heads for effective manpower planning and performance appraisals. - Drive quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with NABH standards. - Conduct staff training programs focusing on quality, patient care, and service excellence. - Maintain accurate HR and quality documentation, audits, and records. - Handle employee grievances promptly to maintain a positive work environment. - Collaborate with the Quality Department to monitor KPIs related to HR and hospital performance. - Support accreditation audits, HR dashboards, and internal quality audits. Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Hospital Administration, or a related field. - Certification or experience in Quality Management / NABH preferred. - Minimum of 5-8 years of HR experience in a hospital or healthcare setup. In this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of NABH standards and hospital accreditation processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with proficiency in HR software and MS Office tools. Your strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities will be crucial in managing cross-functional teams effectively and multitasking efficiently.
