HR Manager

As an HR Manager at Ziya Academy LLP in Aluva, Muppathadam, you will be a key player in leading and managing the Human Resources operations of our growing educational institution. Your role will involve overseeing various HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, policy compliance, and initiatives aimed at fostering a healthy and high-performing workplace culture. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the overall business goals, leading the recruitment and selection process to acquire top talent, updating HR policies and procedures, managing employee onboarding, training, and performance evaluations, as well as handling employee relations matters including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions. It will also be your duty to ensure legal compliance by monitoring labor laws and maintaining records, while promoting a positive and inclusive work culture through engagement initiatives. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, with at least 3 years of experience as an HR Manager or in a similar capacity. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements is essential, along with exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools, along with excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, will be beneficial. This is a full-time position with working hours from Monday to Saturday, offering a competitive salary ranging from 15,000 to 30,000 per month. The compensation package includes a day shift schedule, fixed shift timings from Monday to Friday, performance bonus, yearly bonus, and other benefits.
