Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Partner with business leaders to understand their goals and provide HR guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy. Act as a trusted advisor on performance management, employee relations, career development, and succession planning. Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify solutions and areas for improvement. Support the implementation of HR initiatives. Drive change management efforts in collaboration with leadership. Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR practices and policies. Handle complex employee relations issues and conduct investigations as needed. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Learning teams to ensure hiring and development aligns with business needs. Qualifications: Bachelors/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. 8-10 years of progressive HR experience; minimum 3 years in a business partnering role. Deep understanding of HR functions (recruitment, talent development, ER, compensation, compliance, etc.). Strong business acumen with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. Experience working in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
