Job Description

End-to-end recruitment for automobile dealership (sales, service, technical & support roles)
Talent acquisition for luxury car dealerships (Audi, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Jaguar Land Rover, Volvo)
Manpower planning & HR operations for premium automobile brands
Payroll processing, HRMS/HRIS management & statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Shops & Establishment Act)
Performance management systems (PMS) & structured appraisal implementation
Employee engagement, retention initiatives & workplace culture building
Training & development coordination with OEM and internal teams
Grievance handling, disciplinary procedures & exit formalities
HR policy implementation & compliance as per Volvo Cars India / OEM guidelines
HR business partnering with sales & service department heads
Compensation & benefits (C&B), employee records & HR documentation
Coordination with OEM HR for reports, compliance & training mandates
Experience in HR leadership roles in luxury automobile dealership industry

The candidate must have automobile dealership experience and with few years of experience with premium brands Audi, Mercedes, BMW, Honda, Volkswagen, koda and Nexa and currently working in a managerial position Assistant/Deputy Manager levels.
