HR Manager

As an HR Manager in our company, you will play a crucial role in shaping our workforce through effective recruitment strategies and employee management practices. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent. - Managing the entire recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding. - Fostering a positive work environment and actively addressing employee concerns and conflicts. - Designing and managing performance appraisal systems to drive employee development. - Identifying training needs and developing effective training programs to enhance employee skills. - Overseeing compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitive offerings. - Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations to maintain a healthy work environment. - Contributing to the development of HR strategies and initiatives to support organizational goals. - Developing and implementing programs to enhance employee engagement and retention. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree is preferred. - 1 year of experience in HR and a total of 1 year of work experience is preferred. - Professional certification in Human Resources is a plus.
