Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor located in Tiruchirappalli. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for tasks including cost planning, cost control, and cost management. They will prepare and manage Bills of Quantities (BOQ), provide cost reporting, and ensure the financial success of projects.

Qualifications

• Skills in cost planning, cost control, and cost management
• Experience with preparing and managing Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
• Proficiency in cost reporting
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work efficiently on-site in Tiruchirappalli
• Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related field
