Prepare suppliers schedule and initiate project plans. Review of Material requirements, Manpower and finance requirements. Negotiations with vendors & Sub contractors and finalizing rates. Executing day-to-day contracts / commercial administration during execution stages and finally claims and arbitration management towards achieving the targeted financial objectives Attending to client meetings for review of project progress and issues Co-ordination with client for change of scope /work order amendments approvals. Review of documents submission like BG/PBG/VAR policy /statutory docs.

Checking and certifying quantities with the clients engineer. Checking monthly reconciliation of material for every bill. Subcontractor bill checking.

If required visit to Banks for updating the bank loan information. 8. Maintenance of Bank Margin Money deposits and Fixed deposits. 9. Monthly stock reports to be submitted to Banks 10. Operation of Tally Contact with AMC as and when required. 11. Maintenance Office Files as per Indexation.
