Role Overview

The Head – HR will lead and build the end-to-end HR function for Amilionn Technologies, supporting organizational growth across Infrastructure projects and ITES business operations. The role requires a strategic leader with strong capability in workforce planning, HR systems setup, talent acquisition, compliance, and people development across diverse business environments.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR & Organization Development

  • Define HR strategy aligned to company growth plans
  • Lead workforce planning for Infra projects & ITES processes
  • Drive organization structure, policies & scalable HR processes
  • Leadership hiring, succession planning & culture building

Talent Acquisition & Deployment

  • Lead hiring across Infra, engineering, support, field staff & ITES teams
  • Ensure timely mobilization of manpower for project sites Pan-India
  • Build talent pipelines, recruitment partnerships & campus channels

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to labor laws, contractor HR compliance & audits
  • Establish HR SOPs, HRMS systems & automation
  • Oversee payroll, attendance management, onboarding & exit processes

Performance & Capability Development

  • Deploy KPI-based appraisal and talent review frameworks
  • Implement learning, skill development & leadership programs
  • Drive productivity initiatives and culture of performance excellence

Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Strengthen employee relations, grievance handling & retention
  • Foster a transparent, accountable, ethical & performance-driven culture
  • Design reward, engagement & welfare initiatives

Compensation & Benefits

  • Design salary structures & variable pay programs
  • Manage contractor workforce policies, travel/site allowances & incentives

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

  • Work with business heads, project leaders & finance teams
  • Manage staffing partners, training agencies & compliance firms

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong background in HR for

    Infrastructure & ITES

    business models
  • Expertise in

    large-scale hiring, project site manpower, & BPO workforce

  • Sound understanding of

    labor laws, contractor management & compliance

  • Strong leadership, communication & change-management skills

Qualifications

  • MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred from reputed institute)
  • 15–25 years of HR experience, minimum 5+ years in HR leadership roles
  • Must have managed Infra and ITES workforce environments
