Role & responsibilities

BOQ preparation of the project.
Reconciliation of free issue material
Estimation of quantities as per Drawing
Preparation of Price Adjustment statement on RA Bills
Attending Kick Off meetings and preparation of mom
Follow up with clients for Design Approvals and Quality Plan approvals
Planning and Scheduling Site activities and material supplies for the project
Preparation of Work Orders for Sub-contractors
Preparation of contractors running & final bills as per Work Order conditions
Physical measurement of quantities and tracking the productivity
Coordinating with sub-contractors to achieve the targets as per schedule planning.
Checking and certifying quantities with the cli
