We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor (around 2 years experience or fresher) to support quantity surveying activities and assist in documentation and coordination for our project management consultancy operations.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Prepare quantity take-offs and BOQs
* Handle measurements, billing, and cost tracking
* Assist in preparing estimates, reports, and cost summaries
* Maintain measurement sheets, bill files, and project documentation
* Track invoices and basic cost-related records
* Coordinate with project engineers, consultants, and vendors for required information
* Support office administration by maintaining records, correspondence, and basic reports
* Assist in organizing documents, meetings, and internal coordination related to projects
