Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager for a leading CA and legal firm.The ideal candidate will oversee recruitment, drive staff development, and ensure effectivepeople management processes, contributing to a positive and high-performing workplaceculture.Key Responsibilities:Manage hiring across all levels, including sourcing, screening, and selection for CA and legal roles.Organize onboarding and ongoing capacity development trainings for employees.Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback for continuous improvement.Frame, review, and implement organizational policies as per best practices and regulatorystandards.Oversee staff administration, including attendance, leaves, and employee records.Foster excellent communication across all levels of the firm, maintaining transparency andengagement.
Requirements:
Proven experience in HR management, preferably in professional services or legal/financesectors.Strong knowledge of recruitment, training, and policy implementation.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and build effective teams.
