HR Manager

As the incumbent of this position, you will be responsible for a variety of key tasks and initiatives within the Human Resources department. Your main duties will include: Recruitment and Selection: Your role will involve developing and executing recruitment strategies, overseeing the entire recruitment process from job postings to onboarding, and ensuring a streamlined and effective hiring process. Employee Relations: You will play a crucial role in maintaining a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and encouraging open communication among team members. Performance Management: Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing performance appraisal systems, providing feedback and coaching to employees, and identifying areas for their professional growth and development. Training and Development: You will be tasked with assessing training needs, creating training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, and supporting career development opportunities within the organization. Compliance: Ensuring the company's adherence to labor laws and regulations, including equal opportunity employment, workplace safety, and data privacy, will be a vital aspect of your role. HR Strategy and Policy: You will contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support the overall goals of the organization. This is a full-time position with an evening shift schedule from Monday to Friday, located in person at the designated work location.,
