HR Manager

Role Overview: As an HR professional, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, conducting employee development activities, overseeing policy management, and providing support and guidance to employees regarding HR-related inquiries and issues. Your main duties and responsibilities may vary depending on the specific HR role and organization. Some key tasks include developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy, recruiting and onboarding employees, monitoring HR systems, policies, and procedures, and suggesting improvements to the recruitment process. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives in alignment with the overall business strategy - Recruit, select, and onboard employees to support the organization's capacity for growth - Monitor and improve overall HR systems, policies, and procedures - Conduct performance management and provide feedback to employees - Manage employee relations, including handling disputes, promoting employee morale, and ensuring workplace safety - Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR federal and state requirements, conducting investigations, and maintaining records - Oversee employee benefit programs and educate employees about their benefits - Develop, revise, and recommend personnel policies and procedures - Coordinate and conduct HR training, including orientation, leadership development, and enhancing job skills Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in HR management or a related field - Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity - Knowledge of legal requirements related to HR - Strong organizational and leadership skills Please note that this job is full-time and permanent, with health insurance benefits provided.
