Our main products include Bearing Races, Ring Gears Blanks, Transmission Parts, Sleeves, and Flanges. Located in Rajkot, we have developed expertise in forging and ring rolling processes, outfitted with state-of-the-art equipment and machinery to ensure quality products for our customers. Our journey began with manufacturing various types of rings for ball bearings, tapered bearings, cylindrical bearings, railway bearing components, and spacers, with additional operations like drilling, milling, and marking.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot for an HR Manager. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws. They will develop HR policies and procedures, manage HR documentation, and support organizational development initiatives. The HR Manager will also conduct training sessions, manage conflict resolution, and ensure a productive work environment aligned with the company's goals and values. The role requires a proactive approach and hands-on involvement in all HR functions.

Qualifications

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to manage conflict resolution and facilitate training sessions
• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
