✅ Eligibility Criteria:

🔹 More than 08 years of experience in Higher Education, out of which 5 years shall be after post-graduation

🔹 Qualification: First Class Master’s Degree (MBA / MLW / MSW) in the HR domain

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Strategic HR planning & organizational development

🔹 Talent acquisition & onboarding excellence

🔹 Payroll administration & statutory compliance

🔹 Employee engagement & culture transformation

🔹 L&D initiatives, performance management, HR analytics

✅ Basic Skills Required:

🔹 Strong Verbal, Non-Verbal & Interpersonal Communication Skills.

🔹 Basic knowledge of working on University Management System (UMS) / ERP, Operating Systems like MS Office (Excel, Word & Power Point) & AI strategic tools etc.

🔹 Basic knowledge of UGC, AICTE, National Medical Commission (NMC), Dental Council of India (DCI), National Commission for Indian System of Medicine (NCISM), National Commission for Homoeopathy (NCH) and other concerned regulatory body norms.

🔹 Should be a Proactive, Fast Learner, Adaptive, Flexible & Honest.
