Administer the analysis, maintenance, and communication of records about the employees of the organization. Identify, understand, and implement legal requirements and regulations pertaining to human resource functions. Ensure compliance with legal policies, procedures, and reporting. Observe and analyse legislation, arbitration decisions, and collective bargaining contracts to keep up with industrial trends. Administer benefits programs such as life, health, pension plans, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, and employee assistance. Coordinate safety committee meetings as a Safety Manager. Coordinate with the labor union as and when required. Prepare the budget for human resources operations. Conduct exit interviews and understand the reason behind the separation. Provide reports and recommend procedures to reduce absenteeism and employee turnover. Represent the organization at human resources-related hearings and investigations. Coordinate with the human resources team and be responsible for the operational activities of human resources coordinators.
