Role Overview We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales & Billing Executive who can handle showroom clients as well as assist in video call sales. The role involves guiding customers through our product ranges, creating bills, and ensuring smooth transactions. Candidates with knowledge of jewellery and hair accessories will be preferred. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist showroom walk-in customers. Handle video call appointments with clients, showcasing products clearly and confidently. Generate sales bills & invoices accurately using our billing system. Maintain product knowledge, especially in jewellery and hair accessories. Coordinate with the warehouse/showroom team for order fulfilment. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Upsell and cross-sell products where relevant. Support with product photography & editing for cataloguing or promotions (if skilled). Requirements Prior experience in sales, retail, or billing preferred. Familiarity with jewellery, fashion accessories, or hair accessories is an advantage. Comfortable speaking with customers in-person and on video calls. Basic computer knowledge for billing software. Strong communication & interpersonal skills. Organised and detail-oriented. Photography and editing skills (bonus, not mandatory). What We Offer Competitive salary package.
