Job Description

As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR policies and ensuring compliance with key performance indicators (KPI) and key result areas (KRA). Your role will involve managing a team of HR professionals and implementing strategies to support the overall business goals. **Key Responsibilities:** - Oversee and manage all aspects of the HR function - Develop and implement HR policies and procedures - Monitor and evaluate employee performance - Manage recruitment and onboarding processes - Conduct training and development programs - Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts - Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 8-10 years of experience in HR management - Background in HR or MBA in HR preferred - Strong knowledge of HR policies, KPIs, and KRAs - Local candidate preferred In addition to the above, the company also offers benefits such as paid sick time, paid time off, and provident fund. The work schedule is in the day shift, with a yearly bonus provided. The work location is in person. Please note: This role is open to male candidates aged between 35-45 years, with a salary range of 50-55k CTC for a full-time position.,
