Job Description

As an HR professional in this role, your responsibilities will include: - Managing the recruitment process which involves creating job descriptions, posting job ads, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and rolling out job offers. - Maintaining attendance records, leave records, shift rosters, and calculating salaries accurately. - Handling employee onboarding, induction programs, and exit formalities effectively. - Ensuring strict compliance with labor laws and company HR policies. - Supporting performance reviews, facilitating promotions, and managing disciplinary actions. - Acting as a bridge between management and staff to facilitate smooth communication within the organization. - Resolving employee grievances, enhancing employee engagement, and focusing on employee retention strategies. - Conducting regular audits of HR documentation and records to ensure accuracy and compliance. - Coordinating with Admin, Accounts, and Department Incharges for HR-related support. Additionally, the job type for this position is full-time with a day shift schedule and the work location is in-person.,
