HR Manager

Job Title: HR Manager Location: Udupi, Karnataka Salary: 25k-40k per month Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Manager to join our manufacturing unit in Udupi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations including labour compliance, recruitment, payroll, and employee relations. This role is critical to maintaining a legally compliant, safe, and productive workplace. Key Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with labour laws, factory rules, and statutory obligations (e.g., ESI, PF, bonus, gratuity). Handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning. Maintain accurate records for attendance, payroll, and disciplinary actions. Address employee grievances and implement engagement initiatives. Conduct workplace audits and manage health, safety, and accident-related protocols. Liaise with government authorities and legal consultants for HR-related matters. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Labour Law, or a related field. 1 to 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or factory setup. Sound knowledge of labour laws, payroll processes, and HR compliance. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
