As an experienced HR professional with 3+ years of experience, you will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, employee onboarding, and HR operations. You will play a crucial role in handling employee engagement, training, and performance management. Additionally, you will address grievances to ensure a positive work culture and manage attendance, leaves, and statutory compliances effectively.
