As an experienced HR Executive with at least five years of relevant experience, you will be responsible for implementing and ensuring compliance with organizational HR policies and procedures. Your role will involve managing and leading large teams to foster a positive and productive work environment. Additionally, you will oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities. Your duties will also include handling employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution. You will be expected to coordinate training and development programs aligned with company goals and maintain accurate HR records, generating reports as required. Key Responsibilities: - Implement and ensure compliance with organizational HR policies and procedures - Manage and lead large teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment - Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities - Handle employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution - Coordinate training and development programs aligned with company goals - Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports as required Qualifications: - Minimum 5 years of experience in HR roles with exposure to policy management - Demonstrated ability to manage and lead large teams - Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills - Female candidates preferred In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, the company offers benefits such as cell phone reimbursement and Provident Fund.
