As an HR Manager at Zoltan Properties, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives. Your responsibilities will include: - Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives in line with the business strategy. - Address employee grievances, demands, and other issues to bridge management and employee relations. - Manage the recruitment and selection process effectively. - Support business needs by engaging, motivating, and preserving human capital. - Monitor and develop HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization. - Implement and manage a performance appraisal system focusing on high performance. - Identify training needs, implement training programs, and monitor their effectiveness. - Provide decision support to management using HR metrics. - Ensure legal compliance in all aspects of human resource management. To qualify for this role, you should have: - Proven working experience as an HR Manager or other HR Executive. - People-oriented and results-driven mindset. - Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics. - Knowledge of HR systems and databases. - Ability to architect strategy and exhibit strong leadership skills. - Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Competence in building and managing interpersonal relationships at all levels. - In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices. - BS/MS degree in Human Resources or a related field.
