Web Designer And Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Web Design:
• Create visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive web designs.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all web properties.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Web Development:
• Develop and maintain websites and web applications using modern web technologies.
• Ensure websites are optimized for performance, speed, and SEO.
• Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues in a timely manner.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality projects.
• Project Management:
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.
• Communicate project status updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with other team members to define project scope and objectives.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by exploring new technologies and methodologies.
  

Required Skills And Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Design, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in web design and development.
• Key Skills: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, front-end frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, React), back-end technologies (e.g., PHP, Node.js), and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress). Strong visual design and UX/UI design abilities, along with excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.

• Experience with e-commerce platforms.
