Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic HR Executive who can manage end-to-end HR operations and ensure smooth functioning of all internal processes. The ideal candidate must be organized, proactive, and committed to maintaining a productive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve 100% hiring targets assigned by Management within the defined timelines.
  • Conduct clear and effective work orientation sessions to help new employees understand job expectations and responsibilities.
  • Issue Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, and other joining documents after verifying candidate eligibility.
  • Monitor daily attendance, maintain attendance reports, and ensure accuracy.
  • Assist in salary processing by coordinating with the payroll team.
  • Organize training programs for new joiners and collect evaluation reports from Team Leaders.
  • Schedule and support performance review meetings as per management instructions.
  • Continuously monitor all departments to ensure 100% manpower utilization and proper job role alignment.
  • Manage and maintain all employee documents, reports, and letters in a strictly confidential manner.
  • Handle employee files systematically and update records when required.
  • Maintain and organize all official records related to HR and administration.
  • Oversee basic system maintenance requirements and support smooth office operations.
  • Manage billing and basic administrative accounts as assigned.
  • Maintain and track office stock, consumables, and supplies.
  • Build and maintain public relations with clients, vendors, and visitors.
  • Ensure a clean and well-maintained infrastructure at all times.
  • Maintain a positive and professional work culture through regular communication with employees.
  • Issue warnings or memos to employees when necessary, following company policy.
  • Support performance appraisal processes by coordinating data and reviewing employee progress.
  • Take part in and coordinate office events, celebrations, and employee engagement activities.
  • Ensure team stability and smooth coordination across departments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
