Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager with a strong background in the media and creative industry. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing all human resources functions from recruitment and employee engagement to compliance and talent development ensuring a productive and positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for creative, marketing, and production teams.
  • Oversee employee onboarding, performance evaluation, and retention programs.
  • Maintain compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and internal policies.
  • Design training and development programs tailored to media professionals.
  • Manage payroll, compensation, and benefits administration.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance management.
  • Work closely with management to forecast manpower needs and build strong teams.
  • Lead HR analytics and maintain updated records using HRIS systems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in media, advertising, or entertainment sectors.
  • Strong understanding of creative workforce management and project-based team dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in HR software and tools (HRMS/ATS).
  • Deep knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and performance systems.
