About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead our human resources and administration functions. This role is critical in driving recruitment, employee engagement, statutory compliance, payroll, and performance management, while ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition across levels.
• Oversee daily HR and administrative operations.
• Ensure statutory compliance, HR audits, and government liaisoning.
• Lead payroll processing and HR policy implementation.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and performance management systems.
• Partner with management and department heads for HR strategy and stakeholder management.

Qualifications & Experience

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent (mandatory).
• Diploma in Labour Law (preferred).
• 8–10 years of HR experience, with at least 4–5 years in a managerial role.
• Industry background in Automobile or Manufacturing preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of HR & Admin operations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS/Payroll software.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and presentation skills.
• Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
