Job Summary:

KS Automobiles is looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our Last Mile Mobility (LMM) division. This leadership role is focused on growing our 3-wheeler and small commercial vehicle sales in Udaipur and nearby territories.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the LMM sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans for market expansion
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, financiers, and internal teams
• Monitor and ensure customer satisfaction across sales and service touchpoints
• Maintain display, stock levels, and ensure timely vehicle deliveries
• Manage documentation, cash handling, and compliance with internal processes
• Train and review team performance regularly

Qualifications:

• Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred)
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the automobile sector, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role
• Strong experience in 3-wheeler and SCV sales preferred
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team-handling skills
• Proficiency in local market operations in Udaipur and surrounding areas
