Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred). Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in HR management or related role. Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Proficiency with HRIS and MS Office tools. Ability to lead and influence at all organizational levels. High level of integrity and confidentiality.
