Key Responsibilities:SAP Support: Assist in the implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of SAP B1 module.System & Network Support: Provide first-level support for IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.User Training & Assistance: Help end-users with SAP functionalities, IT tools, and troubleshooting issues.Follow-ups & Coordination:Coordinate with SAP consultants, vendors, and service providers to resolve IT issues.Track pending IT requests and ensure timely closure.IT Asset Management: Maintain records of IT hardware, software licenses, and system configurations.Data Backup & Security: Assist in data backup procedures, system security updates, and user access management.ERP & Process Improvement: Support IT team in enhancing SAP processes and implementing system optimizations.Documentation & Reporting: Maintain IT logs, user issues, and resolution reports for management review. Qualifications & Requirements:Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.Experience: 2-4 years in IT support with hands-on SAP experience.Technical Skills:Strong knowledge of SAP B1 module and troubleshooting.Basic understanding of networking, hardware, and system administration.
