3) Experience- 3- 8 years of relevant experience in Human resource management preferablein manufacturing or trading company


4) Joining- Maximum 15 days


5) Qualification- Graduate ( Mgr Qualification in HR Preferred)


6) Location- Okhla@delhi

7)Work Days : Monday to Saturday (10:00 AM to 7:00 PM)Job description
Roles and Responsibilities-

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team at Okhla offcie .

-The ideal candidate will manage HR and administrative responsibilities to ensure smooth office operations and a positive employee experience.

HR Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

Create and post job descriptions.

Conduct initial screening and schedule interviews.

Prepare offer letters and onboarding documentation.

Employee Management

Track daily attendance and maintain attendance records.

Manage employee engagement initiatives, including planning monthly team-building activities and office events.

Send timely reminders for appraisals, probation reviews, and performance evaluations.

HR Administration & Admin

Handle employee policy communication (attendance, leaves, late comings).

Manage employee resignations, including conducting exit interviews and ensuring completion of necessary paperwork.

Required Skills

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Knowledge of basic HR policies and procedures.

Able to manage daily HR work flow

Attendance, leave, & salary management etc
