HR Manager International BPO

You will be joining BROCUS IT SOLUTIONS PVT LTD, a prominent BPO services provider located in Navi Mumbai, as an HR Manager for International BPO operations. In this full-time, on-site role, your responsibilities will include managing the recruitment process, employee relations, talent management, compliance with international regulations, and fostering employee engagement initiatives. Your role will involve overseeing HR policies, collaborating with various departments, and ensuring an efficient work environment. Your key responsibilities will revolve around talent acquisition and workforce planning, involving high-volume hiring for international processes, recruitment strategy development, sourcing pipeline management, and ensuring high-quality hiring within stipulated timeframes. Additionally, you will be leading a team of recruiters and HR executives, monitoring performance metrics, overseeing HR operations like onboarding and documentation, and nurturing employee engagement through relevant programs aligned with international BPO culture. As an HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in coordinating the performance appraisal process, addressing underperformance issues, ensuring compliance with labor laws and HR standards, maintaining HR MIS, and preparing for audits.
