Job Title: HR Manager Location: Bangalore (Work from Office) Work Schedule: 6-day work week Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 (based on experience) About Interiosplash: Interiosplash is a fast-growing interior design firm dedicated to creating inspiring and functional spaces. We are looking for a dynamic HR Manager to join our team and drive our people-focused initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes , from sourcing to onboarding. Manage employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture. Oversee performance reviews and support talent development. Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws. Serve as the culture carrier of the organization, ensuring alignment with company values. Handle payroll, compensation, and benefits administration. Address employee grievances and maintain HR records. Requirements: Prior HR experience (mandatory). Preferably from an interior design background or with experience in the field. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
