Role Overview: The HR Manager at HobFit will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role requires a people-first leader who can manage end-to-end HR operations — from recruitment and onboarding to policy implementation, employee engagement, and performance management. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s business goals. Handle end-to-end recruitment — from job postings to onboarding and induction. Maintain HR records, employee data, and attendance management systems. Design and update HR policies, leave, and performance evaluation frameworks. Manage payroll coordination, salary revisions, and employee benefits. Oversee employee engagement, training, and team-building initiatives. Address employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions professionally. Support management in organizational planning and culture development. Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR procedures. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources / Business Administration or related field. 3–6 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in startups or service-based industries. Strong understanding of HR software, payroll systems, and compliance processes. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
