We are Hiring: HR Manager Food & Hospitality Industry 🍽️ *** Prior experience in the Food Industry is compulsory. Candidates without this experience will not be considered*** Gupta Hospitality Services is looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Head with a strong background in the food industry. If you have a passion for talent management, employee training, and process optimization, this is your chance to be part of a growing organization in the hospitality sector! Key Responsibilities: 🔹 Lead recruitment, onboarding, and workforce management for hospitality staff. 🔹 Develop and execute employee training programs to enhance service quality. 🔹 Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and labor laws. 🔹 Drive employee engagement, retention, and performance management. 🔹 Manage payroll, attendance, and conflict resolution efficiently.
