Job Title: HR Manager Industry : Catering, Services Reports to: Director Job timing - 10am to 7pm Gender : Male/Female both can apply Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Coordinate and oversee the end-to-end hiring process. Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs. Conduct interviews, shortlist candidates, and negotiate offers. 2. Employee Onboarding & Offboarding Ensure smooth onboarding of new employees. Design and deliver orientation programs. Manage exit interviews and formalities for departing employees. 3. HR Policy Development & Compliance Draft, implement, and update HR policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment regulations. Address employee grievances and handle disciplinary actions. 4. Performance Management Design and manage performance appraisal systems. Provide guidance to managers on employee evaluation. Identify high-performers and development opportunities. 5. Training & Development Assess training needs and organize skill development programs. Work with external trainers or internal teams for workshops and sessions. Monitor training effectiveness and outcomes. 6. Employee Engagement & Welfare Plan and implement employee engagement initiatives. Maintain a positive work environment and culture. Address employee concerns and foster open communication. 7. Payroll & Benefits Administration Coordinate payroll processing with finance/payroll teams. Oversee administration of employee benefits (PF, ESI, insurance, leaves). Ensure accuracy in compensation and statutory deductions.
