Executive Assistant to Director

Job Title: Executive Assistant to Director Location: Choubhaga Road, Kolkata Near Ruby Hospital Reporting To: Director / Managing Director / CEO Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support: Manage the Director’s calendar, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Handle correspondence (emails, letters, memos) and prioritize messages. Communication Management: Act as a point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders. Draft and review communication on behalf of the Director. Meeting Coordination: Organize and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and reports. Record and distribute meeting minutes, follow up on action items. Coordinate board meetings, team briefings, and review sessions. Project Coordination: Assist in monitoring and executing ongoing projects led by the Director. Prepare project updates, performance reports, and dashboards. Confidential Task Handling: Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality. Manage HR- or finance-related tasks as delegated. Travel & Event Management: Plan and manage the Director’s domestic and international travel, including visas and itineraries. Organize corporate events, conferences, and off-sites.
