Job Title: Executive Assistant to Director Location: Sameypur Badli, Delhi - 110042 Reporting To: Director / Managing Director / CEO Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support: Manage the Director’s calendar, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Handle correspondence (emails, letters, memos) and prioritize messages. Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital). Communication Management: Act as a point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders. Draft and review communication on behalf of the Director. Ensure timely and professional communication flow. Meeting Coordination: Organize and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and reports. Record and distribute meeting minutes, follow up on action items. Coordinate board meetings, team briefings, and review sessions. Travel & Event Management: Plan and manage the Director’s domestic and international travel, including visas and itineraries. Organize corporate events, conferences, and off-sites.Manage the office environment around the Director for optimum productivity.
