Job Description

Bathootha HR is seeking a proactive and knowledgeable HR Manager to lead our HR functions and support our clients with best-in-class human resource solutions. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of hands-on HR management experience, a strong grasp of HR best practices, up-to-date knowledge of labor laws, and excellent client service skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with Bathootha HR’s and client business goals.
  • Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process for both internal staff and client requirements.
  • Ensure legal compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws for Bathootha HR and client organizations.
  • Advise and support clients on HR matters such as hiring, workforce planning, policies, and employee relations.
  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance handling for client teams.
  • Implement training, performance management, and development programs for internal and client employees.
  • Prepare, maintain, and update employee records, HRIS systems, and documentation for legal/statutory compliance.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to maximize employee retention and satisfaction.
  • Coordinate client-facing meetings, ensure satisfaction, and build strong relationships with client representatives.
  • Monitor changes in labor law and HR trends, advising clients on compliance and potential impacts.
  • Oversee payroll, compensation, benefits administration, and attendance tracking, including supporting clients as needed.
  • Guide HR associates and junior staff, providing mentorship and leadership for team development.
  • Ensure the smooth functioning of Bathootha HR’s internal operations and contribute to organizational culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant HR management experience, preferably with client-facing roles.
  • Strong expertise in HR practices, talent acquisition, employee relations, labor law, and statutory compliance.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients or projects in an HR consulting environment.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS, ATS, and MS Office; knowledge of HR analytics preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and organizational ability.
  • Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and commitment to continuous learning.
