Job Description

 HR ManagerPosition :Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals. Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes. Design and update HR policies, systems, and procedures. Oversee employee relations, performance management, and grievance handling. Plan and execute training & development programs. Monitor statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Labour Laws, etc.). Handle payroll processing and compensation management. Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives. Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and analytics for management. Lead the HR team and ensure smooth daily HR operations. Qualifications & Skills :MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification. 1–3years of proven experience in HR management. Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle conflict resolution and employee counseling. Proficiency in HRMS/payroll software and MS Office. Key Competencies: Strategic thinking & problem-solving. Strong decision-making ability. People management & team leadership. Ethical, approachable, and trustworthy personality.
