As the HR Manager at our organization, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all human resources practices and processes. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing recruitment and selection processes - Conducting performance management evaluations - Handling employee relations - Ensuring compliance with labor laws - Managing employee onboarding, training, and development - Administering compensation and benefits - Implementing HR policies to foster a positive workplace environment To excel in this role, you should have experience in recruitment, interviewing, and selection processes, as well as knowledge of employee relations, performance management, and retention strategies.
