We are currently offering an internship opportunity for a Human Resources Intern. This hybrid role is based in Thrissur, providing the flexibility of working partially from home. The Human Resources Intern will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions within the organization. Responsibilities include managing HR policies, coordinating employee benefits, and assisting with personnel management tasks. Day-to-day activities will involve effective communication with employees, handling HR documentation, and contributing to HR team projects. The ideal candidate for this role should possess a basic understanding of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, familiarity with HR policies and employee benefits, as well as personnel management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities are essential, along with the capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Candidates pursuing or having recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related technical field (such as computer science, AI, data analytics, computer applications, etc.) are encouraged to apply for this internship position.,
