Job Description

Role Overview: As the HR Manager based in Trichur, you will be responsible for overseeing all human resources practices and processes within the organization. Your main duties will include recruitment and selection, performance management, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. In addition, you will manage employee onboarding, training, development, compensation, benefits administration, and the implementation of HR policies to foster a positive workplace environment.
