Job Description

Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Industry: Real Estate (Developer)
Experience Required: Minimum 8 Years
Reporting To: Company Owner / Director
Salary: Up to ₹75,000 per month
Location: (Konanakunte, Bangalore)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced, confident, and people-focused HR Manager for a reputed Real Estate Developer. The ideal candidate must be bold, patient, strong in handling teams, and capable of managing the entire HR operations end-to-end. You will work closely with the Owner to create a positive work environment, ensure smooth HR processes, and support organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for all roles (site staff, office staff, sales, engineering, etc.).
  • Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
  • Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning.

2. HR Operations & Administration

  • Maintain attendance, leave management, and employee records.
  • Oversee onboarding, induction, and documentation of new employees.
  • Manage HRMS, compliance, and HR documentation.

3. HR Policies & Compliance

  • Develop, implement, and update HR policies in alignment with company standards.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.

4. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Maintain a healthy workplace culture and resolve employee concerns.
  • Conduct employee engagement activities and grievance handling.
  • Act as a bridge between management and employees.

5. Performance & Discipline

  • Support performance appraisal processes.
  • Ensure disciplinary standards are followed.
  • Monitor and improve employee productivity.

6. Coordination With Owner

  • Report directly to the Owner on HR updates, challenges, and recruitment progress.
  • Provide HR insights to support decision-making.

  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal)

  • High patience level with a strong, bold personality
  • Ability to handle diverse teams
  • Good decision-making and problem-solving ability
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions & policies
  • Experience in real estate sector preferred (not mandatory)

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Management, or related field
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in HR roles
