Job Description

Job Title:HR Manager

Reports to: Director/SVP HR

Location: Lucknow

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Staffing
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Work with department heads to understand manpower requirements and workforce planning.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement
  • Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Address grievances, handle disciplinary matters, and maintain a healthy work environment.
  • Develop employee engagement initiatives to improve motivation and retention.
  • Performance Management
  • Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems.
  • Support managers in setting KPIs, providing feedback, and improving employee performance.
  • Training & Development
  • Identify skill gaps and organize training programs.
  • Develop career progression and succession planning strategies.
  • Compliance & HR Policies
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
  • Update HR policies as per latest regulations and industry standards.
  • Compensation & Benefits
  • Manage payroll inputs, employee benefits, and leave records.
  • Ensure fair and competitive compensation structures.
  • HR Administration & Reporting
  • Maintain HR records and databases with confidentiality.
  • Prepare HR reports (turnover, attendance, hiring status, etc.) for management review

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.

2. Minimum 12-15 years of experience in HR management Construction field, preferably in a senior leadership role.

3. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies.

4. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

6. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.

7. Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Master's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.

2. Professional certification in HR

3. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

4. Knowledge of HR technology and systems.
