Job Description

Role Summary:

HR Team plays a crucial role in on-boarding the initial team at the Hyderabad office and in supporting the existing teams at the SDCs. Act as an anchor connecting SDCs, Hyderabad and Mumbai office, ensuring standardized people processes.

As an expert in your trade, we expect you to bring your own knack and personality in identifying the right talent, and in creating a conducive environment for the team to perform at their best. You will be a strategic business partner to the leadership team while remaining hands-on in daily HR operations.

HR Team - Roles & Responsibilities

  • Source candidates, facilitate interview processes, onboard and facilitate induction.
  • Create appropriate HRMS processes that provides room for creativity to thrive at the work place while also ensuring discipline, where its required.
  • Implement and manage HRMS for attendance, payroll inputs, leave, performance tracking and compliance across locations.
  • Design and drive performance management systems linked to measurable KPIs.
  • Drive employee engagement, learning and development initiatives across SDCs.
  • Handle employee relations, grievance redressal, disciplinary actions and exits.
  • Ensure statutory compliance across locations including audits, registers and inspections.
  • Build scalable HR processes that can support rapid headcount growth and future centers.
  • Ensure monthly HR reports are generated on time, audited and maintain the repository

Required Skills/ Expertise

  • High ownership, execution focus and ability to work in a fast-scaling startup environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Stakeholder management skills with ability to work with on-ground, semi-urban teams.
  • Well versed with latest tools that helps in implementing HR processes and in enhancing work place productivity.
  • Well versed with the labour laws and HR policies.

Qualification and education requirements

  • 5–15 years of HR experience, preferably in multi-location operations, education, skilling, manufacturing or services sector.
  • Proficiency in English & Hindi is required, while proficiency in Marathi is preferred.
