We are seeking an experienced and Senior HR Manager to lead our Human Resources operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing HR strategies, implementing policies, and managing HR functions including recruitment, talent management, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. This role plays a key part in driving a high-performance culture and aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.

Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
Collaborate with departments to forecast hiring needs and workforce planning.
Promote a positive workplace culture and address employee concerns and conflicts.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
Implement and manage performance appraisal systems.
Guide managers on performance improvement and employee development.
Support compensation planning and ensure competitive and equitable pay practices.
Manage employee benefits programs and vendor relationships.
Identify training needs and oversee the implementation of development programs.
Ensure legal compliance across all HR practices and maintain up-to-date HR records.
Lead internal HR audits and risk management processes.
Generate HR metrics and reports to support decision-making.
Monitor HR KPIs and analyze trends.
Supervise HR staff and foster professional growth and team development.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the HR department.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹44,362.27 per month
