Role Description

This is a full-time role for an HR Manager located on-site in Mathura. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. Day-to-day tasks will include recruiting and staffing, managing employee relations, performance management, training and development, compliance with labor laws, and implementing HR policies and procedures. The role also involves strategic planning to improve HR processes and overall employee satisfaction.

Qualifications

Proven working experience as an HR Manager or other HR Executive
People-oriented and results-driven
Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics
Knowledge of HR systems and databases
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
Additional HR certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred
