Handle/Guide recruitment of people for corporates and manufacturing unit

Induction/ Orientation training of new employees and completing Employee Personal File (in Hard Copy) with all mandatory and statutory forms, etc. and maintaining employee data in soft copy .

Review of attendance & absenteeism on monthly basis and keep a track record of Employees Attendance.

To maintain discipline in the organization

To bring proper Hierarchy system in the organization

To handle all employees related issues.

To prepare HR Policy in accordance with the law and best practices.

To handle all Labour Law issues.

Performance management, setting KRA's with HOD's and complete appraisal process

Leave Register Update

The U.P. Pollution Act

Form 14 (Hard & Soft Copy)

Gratuity Detail (Provisional)

Salary Slip Distribution

Washrooms cleaning & maintenance (admin of office, factory & Canteen)

Handling Labour Grievances

Labour Attendance, OT, Fooding, Processing

Monthly Tea Expense checking & Preparation

Monthly Bonus Detail (Provisional)

Filing of Documents

to take leave applications and OD from all the staff .

Hiring of any labour, supervisor and Fabricator

Notice to late comer (staff and labour) and take action
